International Design Center

The International Design Center in Estero will open it's doors in October to 70 showrooms of furnishings and home decor. Located at the corner of Corkscrew Rd. and I-75 it is expected to attract local designers and architects as well as those in the Sarasota, Tampa and Orlando markets.

The Center's Phase I will feature 250,000 square feet of showrooms on three levels and will permit the first level to be open to the public. You will be able to visit the second and third levels if your accompanied by a designer.

The International Design Center is one of only 18 design centers in the country and the first to be built in 21 years. An additional 400,000 square feet in two additional wings will be added during Phase II.

Baker Furniture, Clive Christian, Francesco Molon, Gallery on Fifth, Kravet, Murano Glass Creations and Stone Tech International are a few of the showrooms included, as well as Adagio and Ann Sacks, Elegante Hardwood and Paris Ceramics.
