Tarpon Point is a 148 acre waterfront development in Cape Coral. They operate a 175 slip marina and anticipate having a 230 room major hotel, 2 restaurants, high end retail and approximately 976 living units on the site. The site comprises 47 single family lots in Tarpon Estates, and Tarpons Gardens will feature 120 condominiums. The 210 units in Tarpon Landings will have breathtaking views of the river on out to the Gulf of Mexico. Reservations are currently being taken for Tarpon Landings.

Tarpon Landings is a gated enclave of three mid-rise condominiums overlooking the Caloosahatchee River and the marina at Tarpon Point. Each of three towers features 12 stories of residences over a two-story parking area, hidden by a cascading watefall.
